The New Guys In Town

It’s no secret that West Greenville is booming these days – and I don’t just mean it’s packed with boomers. With hip art studios and food foray, the Village is the new black. But y’all, the best is just about to land.

Poe West is the newest addition to The Village and it’s sure to make its mark on the hearts of many Greenvillians, starting with you.

If you have been living under a rock and haven’t heard the buzz about Poe West yet, that’s okay. I am here to catch you up to speed on your new neighbors and think that you’ll be so stoked, you’ll want to run over there right now and grab a coffee – or chocolate, or take a class or two.

But before you literally run over there, just know that 98 Ventures is the only tenant physically moved into the space. The rest of the crew will be moving in over the next few months and you'll be the first ones to know when that happens.

Not only is this mixed-used space in one of the hottest new spots in town, but Poe West will include tenants like Unlocked Coffee Roasters, LaRue Fine Chocolate, Carolina Bauernhaus Brewery & Winery, The Junkyard, Six & Twenty Distillery, Greenville Technical College’s Center for Culinary and Hospitality Innovation (CHI), and 98 Ventures.

Over the next few months, I’m here to give you a never before behind the scenes tour of these tenants and their stories and I promise, I won’t disappoint. What I can also promise is that I will test everything out for you beforehand – just to make sure it all tastes alright.
